Emergency folding of a Liebherr 1200-5.1 mobile crane

Upon arrival at the construction site, we found a nearly fully extended Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1 mobile crane.
The operator reported that the telescopic boom could not be retracted.
Our mobile service team carried out an emergency folding of the crane and resolved the cause of the malfunction.
